I had a memorable experience with the housekeeping team, especially Mohamed—he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant! The buffet was beyond excellent, every meal was a delight and the sushi station was simply unforgettable.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly it was still reasonable for what I got.

Beach towels upon arrival were not clean, with multiple replacements needed throughout the stay. the hotel map was confusing and unprofessional, lacking the user-friendliness you'd expect from a new establishment.

I enjoyed the vibrant pool area which offered ample seating and refreshing drinks. The staff at the beach were very attentive, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. The stunning sea view from my room made each morning feel special. The well-tended gardens were a beautiful backdrop, inspiring me to take leisurely walks every day.

the only downside was the loud music in the evening. but the beach bar was great for quick snacks and drinks. loved the sushi station with fresh options. also the animation team made my stay super fun!

I was impressed with the food , especially at the Italian restaurant. It's not often you find a hotel serving good seafood in Egypt , so that was a pleasant surprise for us.

It wasn't cheap , but for what you get , it's still acceptable.
